Three steps — and the first one is optional, because the whole product works on demo data before you connect anything.
Step 1
You authorize SellerOS on Amazon's own consent screen via Login with Amazon, the official authorization method for Selling Partner API apps. You never type your Seller Central password anywhere near us, we never see it, and you can revoke the grant from Seller Central at any moment.
Not ready to connect? Skip it. The entire product runs on realistic demo data, so you can evaluate every tool — or plan a launch for a product you haven't sourced yet — before granting any access at all.
Step 2
Once connected, orders, fees, inventory and reimbursements flow in from Amazon's records. Profit analytics reconstructs your true per-SKU margin after every deduction; the repricer derives each listing's net-margin floor from your itemized costs; the bid optimizer scores every keyword against your target ACoS.
Where a live figure isn't available yet, SellerOS says so and labels the estimate — you always know which numbers are measured and which are modeled.
Step 3
Every suggestion in SellerOS explains itself: why this price, why this bid, why reorder now. Apply them one at a time or in bulk, export anything to CSV, and bring your team in with roles that match their job — from full owner control to read-only analyst access.
Then the loop continues on its own: offer changes trigger reprices, alerts flag Buy Box losses and stockouts, and budget pacing warns you before the overspend, not after.
SellerOS is built to Amazon's SP-API Data Protection Policy from day one.
Login-with-Amazon OAuth only. Revoke anytime from Seller Central.
Amazon refresh tokens and MFA seeds are AES-256-GCM encrypted before storage.
We request only the SP-API permissions a feature needs — and logs are scrubbed of PII.
TOTP two-factor auth plus four org-scoped roles keep account access under your control.
Demo data today, your data when you're ready — the flow is the same three steps either way.
